Bind me in the handcuffs of your greed, envy, and gluttony,
I’ll cry salvation for you,

Torture me by taking your intolerance and sliding it up my fingernails,
I’ll file yours down with acceptance,
Unconditionally,

Strike me down with the sword of pride and the dagger of complexity
I’ll shield you with humbleness and simplicity,
Unconditionally,

Kill me with your stone cold flesh and glassy eyes that reek of regret,
I’ll wrap you in my peace, and leave you in the shadow of my hate,
